- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible communication. We started our home buying process in April and still have yet to close. You will be treated as a very low/no priority customer. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not finance at this bank. Horrible service! It would take weeks before they would contact us with answers during our home buying process. After getting an approval from the bank side, and official close date, the bank revoked the approval 2 weeks from our close, saying that we needed 10% down instead of 5%. Requiring $10,000 more for our down payment days before closing. There is no way I would recommend this bank to ANYONE. They wasted literally months of my time and money. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Yes. I too had problems getting approved and then there was a problem with underwriting or something. Communication was poor and the timing was downright terrible.
